Jumping from rocks is ill-advised
There are many variables involved in cliff jumping from actually finding a suitable swimminghole to getting back to your back to your car without getting lost. There are more and they are described in detail by a variety of articles. I suggest you read these and carefully consider the consequences of cliff jumping. The best thing would be for you to enjoy this site for what it offers and lead a long healthy life by not jumping off of high rocks into water.
