These directions are follow at your own risk. It's wise to always be cautious while hiking in remote areas. A minor injury at home can be devastating 5 miles into the backcountry. You should always have extra food, warm clothing and a way to signal for help. It's better to carry a whistle and not need it then to not carry it and need it.


You can get seriously hurt Rock Jumping. You are not designed to bounce off rocks or slap water with large flat parts of your body You are far from help and prevention and common sense are a better plan than any other to survive your adventure. Be careful and have fun!
