Cliff Diving is a very dangerous Extreme sport. There is gravity, rocks and the water all of which can hurt you. It can also be one of the most intense, thrilling 2 seconds of your life!
I have provided some basic instructions on how to properly Cliff Jump. I've also provided hiking directions to many of the spots featured here, look to the left menu & then just click cliff jumping followed by hiking trails. You are responsible for your own decisions. The number of ways you can get hurt are incredible. The ranger teams have lots of practice rescuing people from these places so always remember to Support your Local Search & Rescue
