Ventura County, California

I have to say that I love to live here. The big reason is the awesome cliff jumping "scene" that is here in Ventura County, California. We have some gnarly cliffs and many of these spots are frequented by large groups of people. A lot of people go for a day trip but there are a few hardcore jumpers out there. Those people are the ones who make it such a show.

This year I've seen some huge double gainors, giant leaps, timid steps and everything in between. There have been injuries and glory. I have had to check for rocks under new cliff jumps and check old cliffs for deep water and found success on both counts. Where else does such a variety of action occur in so many different places? The best part is that this glorious scene is a weekly, if not a daily event.

If you don't like it here's what you can do.
1) Find your own spots
2) Stay home and cry about it
3) Have the luck to meet the webmaster
